Recruiting Mentors
Who do you want as mentors? Obviously, this will depend on the nature of your mentoring program. Who is it for? What is it meant to achieve? How will mentoring take place? What life experience, specific knowledge, personal or professional skills should your mentors have? What attributes or abilities would they have? What personal qualities would they bring?
