I love the web, simply just a moment back I was searching for a brand new pair of shoes and now I am here. So much info at the touch of a hand, it truly is simply incredible.
I got a similar result in a poll run on LinkedIn where 46% said they'd been mentored by a manager in the past, 38% said they were mentored by their manager now and 15% said they'd never been mentored by a manager or supervisor. This suggests that there is still some work to do in helping managers mentor.
